Next new build
Our next new build is a commercial fishing boat which will opperate on the east coast of scotland. Drawn by us, transom sterned and massively built. She should be a seaworthy and economical boat to run.
Follow her build over the next few months.....

Pilot cutter launch date aproaching
With a March launch date aproaching, it's been a busy time on the new pilot cutter, Morwenna.
John has made all the beautiful hatches and Andy fitted the cabin top. Chris and Ben have been fitting out down below, while Mark completes the complicated wiring .
Rudder gear built and fitted
The rudder gear has been built and fitted prior to launching in March. It's pretty massive with an Ekki stock and heavy galvanised hardware all worked with a long oak tiller.
Deck Laid on pilot cutter
The deck has been laid on the pilot cutter 'Morwenna'.
Lovely quarter sawn douglas fir, caulked with oakum and paid with pitch in the time honoured way.
